When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: device type and browser information, IP address (which may indicate your general location), pages visited and time spent on each page, referral source (how you found our site), and basic interaction data such as clicks and scroll depth.

Information from third parties

If you sign in using Google or another third-party authentication service, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by your account settings with that provider. We do not receive your password from third-party services.

Public profile and enterprise data — your enterprise name, description, category, and images are displayed publicly on the platform. Your personal contact information is not shared publicly unless you choose to include it in your listing.

Service providers — we work with third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers access data only as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Partners — with your consent, we may share relevant information with conservation partners, funding organizations, or mentorship programs to connect you with opportunities.

Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.
