About This Program
A transformative leadership development program bringing together promising young people from across Laikipia for intensive training in community leadership, project management, and social entrepreneurship. The academy uses experiential learning, mentorship, and practical projects to develop confident leaders who can drive positive change in their communities while championing conservation and sustainable development.
